here I'm Rubin Frank and a very busy couple days in Eagles land

uh... guys coming and going guys getting contracts guys moving positions

uh... guys returning to practice so it's been a lot of movement

yes an actual news of this off season.

Dave wasn't here for all of it, but I knew you weren't gonna.

You've been giving me crap for all day for this.

You're probably right. I went out of town this weekend. given me if I missed the busiest Eagles day of the year.

I was in Vermont skiing.

I was not, see I got stuck in Vermont on a layover,

but I went to Chicago to visit family

and to catch a cubs game.

And the night before I left left you guys already heard this if you heard

the last podcast the Carson Wenst deal comes down already pretty big news and the

next day Joe Douglas gets hired by the Jets. Then Monday I wasn't back in time. I ended up not

even making it back Monday at all, but position coaches spoke. Doug Peterson did his full session with writers that we kind of embargo

until I'm not sure we're supposed to mention. Pre-training camp. We do it every year.

Okay. That's a big secret for everyone and then
