Thanks for having me as well. Well guys nobody wants to hear for me. They want to hear from the three of you, but for anyone who's joining tonight who may have I don't know been living under a rock and have no idea why we're

having alive tonight let me give a very quick blurb as to what led us up to today's

hearing in the Delphi murders case.

As you all likely know, Libby and Abbey

were murdered back in February 2017.

Fast forward seven years, we now have a man

under arrest and charged with their murders, Richard Allen.

As horrific as their murders are.

Sadly, the past few months and really longer than that, the focus has not been on them.

Rather, it's been on

defense counsel for Richard Allen. Last year, Judge Gul, who is the trial judge

had removed the two defense counsel, Rosie and Baldwin.

They asked the Indiana Supreme Court

to reinstate them as Richard Allen's attorneys,

and in January, that's what the Supreme Court did.
