In modern time, you may already know where to go if you want to hire a virtual assistant

or other far away contractor for less money than it costs in wealthier countries.

But back in the wild west of 2009, it wasn't as clear.

The marketer I'll tell you about today was frustrated with a few solutions that existed.

So in creating his own, he ended up creating a company.

you save time, money, and miscommunication.

It's really important to follow some best practices, at least if you want to save time

money and avoid some of that miscommunication.

When John Jonas was building marketing websites, he was working anywhere from 10 to 12 hours a day.

With a busy day job and a family, he realized this arrangement was not ideal for him,
