Today, the inquiry returned to hear more evidence from people who'd handled 999 calls from residents on the night of the fire.

She joined the London Fire Brigade only nine months before the fire. She'd only recently completed her probation.

Lead counsel to the inquiry Richard Millett asked about the training she'd received

on fire survival guidance calls.

These are calls from anyone trapped by fire, heat or smoke.

They're known in the inquiry as FSG calls.

Did you get any training about how a control room would go about handling multiple FSG calls

if it was faced with that situation?

Not on that scale.

I don't remember anything being mentioned.

It wasn't expected.

It was completely different from what you normally

expect with fsg calls did you have any training on multiple fsg calls to a lesser extent than you

experienced a grandfell not multiple just the standard you're on an FSG call, but nothing about, you know,

and there's multiple calls coming in and they're all FSGs, nothing like that.

Before the night of the fire, Sarah Russell had never taken a fire survival guidance call.
