They're frolicking all about us and they're so, so cute and we're going to get 10 gazillion downloads

because of that. But we can only do it for 15 minutes because then some nasty Uber driver will

come and take them away from us. Exactly. So this was the week of puppies and I think I've discovered

the secret to PR, the appropriate use and weaponization of puppies. Weaponization of puppies.

Uber is hoping cute puppies will convince everyone it's not evil.

Great headline. Uber's latest PR coup and I've got to say judging from my Facebook feed,

it worked. Was basically in a handful of major cities, Washington DC, LA, San Fran, I think a

couple others. They announced, you know, puppy bull kind of super bull tie in that they're going

to bring a bunch of puppies to your office from shelters and they will frolic and everything will

be joyous and wonderful and we will all ignore the fact that Uber has many, many, many, many,

many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many problems. And it did seem to work. I mean,

people were all about this. It was all over my Facebook feed, girls going, oh puppies and,

you know, putting in the Uber link and blah, blah, blah. Now on the other hand, because we have

contrasting studies, go daddy really fucked up with puppies. Oh my god. The only thing that they could

have done worse is to shot an elephant in real time on the Super Bowl. Well, this is the funny
