Summary
Recently, Quinns was tasked with hosting a 7 player game night, and rose to the challenge with Herculean vigour.
In this episode, Matt, Quinns and intern Kylie discuss his breathtaking efforts. That means talking about Watson & Holmes (03:00), Escape from the Aliens in Outer Space (12:14), and a little card game called Bourré (19:55). Incidentally, Bourré is probably the only time that SU&SD will ever crossover with the NBA. Afterwards, the group slims down for a chat about some 3 player games, namely Gùgōng (27:34) and Chinatown (38:30).
Finally, the team answers a quick reader mail asking what table is best for board gaming. Big or small? Square or circle? That's right! We are beyond parody.

| 0:00.0 | Hello and welcome to the very 94th Shut Up and Sit Down podcast. The podcast that is |
| 0:15.7 | all about board games and the people who love them. I'm one such person who loves them, |
| 0:19.9 | my name is Matt Lee's joined as ever by Quentin Smith. Hello, Matt Lee's. And for the |
| 0:23.8 | first time, you may have bumped into her on streams or our reviews online. It's our |
| 0:28.8 | intern Kylie Row. Hello. How you doing, Kylie? I'm good, thank you. I've been |
| 0:33.9 | me to do this, but now we're finally on an audio medium. Kylie, who is from the north |
| 0:38.9 | of England, if you could just open that up and read what it says on the piece of paper, |
| 0:42.7 | that would be great. You know nothing, Matt Lee's. That's great. I think you've just gone |
| 0:50.6 | against our bullying contract for both of us at the same time. So I haven't actually |
| 0:55.2 | passed around that documentation yet, but I will be doing. And I will be expecting your |
| 0:58.5 | resignation letter by the end of the day. I mean, we've had Kylie, like you say on the |
| 1:02.4 | stream, I was expecting more people to be excited that she's from the north of England. |
| 1:06.7 | I'm from the north of England as well, you know, but she's properly from the north. |
| 1:10.2 | You know, Matt, Matt's from the Midlands. Oh, oh, she's not the Midlands. That's the |
| 1:17.0 | thing. This is the nonsense thing about the UK. It's like, doesn't matter how far from |
| 1:20.5 | the north, we have someone from Scotland here. They'll be like, you're not from the north. |
| 1:23.7 | Yeah. It's like, I think it's from Greenland then as well. It never ends. I would definitely |
| 1:27.9 | listen to a podcast of you two arguing about whether Matt is from the north or not. Why |
| 1:32.5 | are people from the north proud of being in from the north? I guess you have to be because |
| 1:37.0 | it's just not as good as the south in many regards, but then you kind of can't admit that. |
| 1:41.1 | I mean, I always enjoy when you're like driving on the motorway and you're just heading |
| 1:46.0 | to the north. Yeah, it's crazy that the sign say that like something out of Lord of the |
