Me, it's Ariel, and me, Raylene. Hello. Today is a special episode for a few reasons.

First of all, we're recording on a Wednesday night.

That doesn't matter to you, but it feels weird to us.

Number two, I'm in Toronto.

The big, big city.

In my head, Halifax is the big city now.

But Toronto is like the huge city.

And so today we're actually going to do something a little random, I don't know, a little

bit of a fun special episode.

We are going to just do a giant book hall because you know what?

I've bought a lot of books.

For once, it's not just me.

God.

I'm woman enough to admit it. I've spent a considerable amount of my income this month on books. That's fine.

And by gum, I've been wanting to hear what these books are. I've known that Ariel bought a lot of books, but I've been waiting in suspense for many days.

I knew that this trip to Toronto was coming up up and I was like, all I want to do

is go to a bunch of book shops and buy a bunch of books. So that's what happened. And you know what?

I might buy more. Damn it. You can't stop her. And you're all just going to have to be okay with that.

It's also a pretty random pile.

We've got a weird pile of books.

My pile is a bit weird too, actually.
