This is a show for ladies who are tired of pretending and are ready to be real.

I'm your host, Cameron Frad, and today's episode I'm going to talk about lamentation, lamenting. I don't even really know which of these

words are proper to use. But like not sadness, not sorrow, but like, I don't know,

something really interesting. Like what is lamentation? Like, yeah.

Anyhow, I'm processing it with y'all verbally.

So this is an episode that may be more like verbal diarrhea than like, wow, so profound.

Yeah. Okay, so I am not a can you be able?

Okay, so I am not a overly emotional woman.

Some would say I'm less than emotional for most women,

as far as the standard goes. I remember even just

growing up when we were little kids, like anything and everything my dad said or my dad would

just like look at my sister a certain way and she'd like boo-hoo into tears. And I had a more,

I don't know, I just, I was tougher skinned or I was more the tomboy, you know, so it's like,

oh yeah, so of course I have thick skin, whatever. Now, hindsight, realizing I'm like, oh, perhaps

maybe this is from wounds. Maybe this is not just the way God made me, but maybe this is what I do

to protect myself. Like I don't feel. I don't, you know, and I put up this wall and this barrier.

And I'm just trying to work through this.

And yeah, I feel like the Lord's done a lot of healing in my heart.

And I am so, so grateful and really appreciative of where the Lord has taken me and um i tend to be of the mindset like

suck it up princess put on a smile and um like you've got this you know you can figure it out and you

guys know this about me those of you that have been listeners for a while like i in the beginning
