| 1:19.8 | And I think that that's a good thing to think about what you're going to give up and what |

| 1:23.5 | But sometimes I think we put a bigger emphasis on what we're like not doing like I'm not eating |
| 1:28.9 | chocolate and not to knock not eating chocolate I love chocolate I crave chocolate okay I love me some |
