We know that anxiety has us in a place where we are encountering many challenges and some

of them are pretty steep, but what happens is that as we go through all of this, we really

We transform ourselves, we transform our ability to respond rather than react and this really

And I wanted to talk a little bit about metaphors and how finding metaphors in our life and

in our anxiety in particular, finding the place where we can come up with a metaphor for

what's happening to us can be so helpful.

It helps us in our ability to be able to explain it to somebody to actually even dive a little

deeper into what's happening to ourselves.
