It was pretty cool because it just confirmed what I already knew.

I'm really good at learning and relating and achieving and stuff like that.

And, you know, of course, there were things on the bottom of the list.

You know, my weaknesses, things that I'm not too good at.

And here's the thing.

We often get advice to work on our weaknesses.

To look at the bottom of the list and say, okay, we've got to get better at these things.

But why?

Like, what's the point of that?

Like, why do you want to get better at all things like we're not naturally good at?

Like, shouldn't we be spending that time getting even better at the things that are already our strengths?

Shouldn't we be using that time to become excellent at the things that we're already good at?
