1:15.5	people tend to get excited when I say I want to dig into this. And I think it's because
1:20.1	a lot of us don't know quite what we're supposed to do about emotional intelligence,
1:24.1	but we know we're supposed to try to get better at it. And so we're trying to figure out, how do I get better at this thing?

1:34.5	So emotional intelligence really is the cornerstone of transformative leadership.
