so people are completely freaking out i would have thought an ice storm in your neck of the woods is when your freezer goes nuts and starts throwing it all over the kitchen.

You know, that's the ice that I would anticipate running into in your neck of the woods.

Yeah, it was 70 degrees yesterday, Tim, and we woke up this morning, and it's what's 34 now. And then, you know, it's supposed to, it's been raining off and on, and then it's supposed to rain the night and get down to the 20s. And bad stuff is happening when I mean, the town sent out a, this is how you deal with frozen pipes and you know

all that kind of stuff so yeah it's just freaking i can tell i can tell you how you deal with

frozen pipes rich what's that there's an easy easy way and i'm a veteran of frozen pipes okay i've

lived it what you do is you just keep your cold water on, okay?

Just a small stream.

Okay, just so it's running.

And as long as your cold water is running, even a small amount, your pipes won't freeze.
