Looking back, because there is a woman listening to this podcast going through hell with a narcissist,

with an obsessive compulsive.

She is being stalked by a husband or a boyfriend or by a private

investigator hired by him. Looking back, what is the one thing you would tell people in that

situation that you went through, that you see clearly now? Focus on the things that you can control.

You can't control him. You can't control what he does to you.

And it's so easy to just zero in on. I can't believe he's doing this right now. I can't believe this is happening to me. What can you do? What can you control?

Whether it's educating yourself about family law and divorce so you know

if you're already separated you can empower yourself or you're in the middle of it what can you do to

find freedom what can you do to better yourself and i don't say that lightly i know how

impossibly hard that is to do in the middle of it. But I spent so much time then just

focused on what was happening to me and not focusing on what I could do. What was the truth of

the situation? Because, you know, Kane would go on air basically making it sound like he was this,
