Magnificent Mikey. So not a lot of news going on today, but I did finally go over a couple of articles talking about the most recent happenings in the Epic and Apple court case that's

going on right now. Again, thanks to Echo Bucket for posting a couple of different articles that made it easy for me to find and read some of the latest updates about this. So here's basically where we are on the situation and again

it is not looking good for Epic and Fortnite and for players on iOS for mobile. It's not looking good.

This doesn't look like this is going to be resolved anytime soon. So at this point, basically,

Epic was, you know, the judge told Epic that, hey, what you guys did was wrong.

Obviously, and it seems like you knew what you were doing was wrong, but you went ahead and

did it anyway, so I'm not

persuaded to make Apple just let you back on to the to the app store because you

know Epic was trying to

Make the case that okay they can revert things so they don't have to have that that additional payment in there they could just revert it back and

Apple should let them back on to that Apple store. Well you know

Apple just went ahead and removed them entirely from the store and it has not put let them back on and the judge is citing with Apple on this at this point saying you know well you you obviously breached the contract on

purpose so I'm not inclined to make them let you back on. And then, like I said, the bad part about this is that it's going to be a while.

So Epic, most recently now they say, you know, that they're not denying that what they did was wrong, but they did it to go ahead and force an issue so that they would be able to take this to court and make a case.

But what's going on with the judge is she's got a busy schedule, she's got other things that she's got a

she's got a judge on and Epic and Apple have both agreed that it would be better for

this case to be heard by a judge rather than by a jury so the judge is going to be the one that

makes the decision on this case but the judge is busy until next year.

Maybe this won't even be, this case won't even be heard by the judge

until July 2021, which is a long time away from now.
