Sober Mom Tober is over. We did it.

Kathy Kirsten and I did it.

I had, I got a couple of really great things out of this month and I learned a ton and so did

Kathy and Kirsten.

So this is a good talk about what worked, what didn't work, what we learned, what we'd like to try.

We're going to keep implementing what was working and add a few more things and reconvene in a couple months and discuss again.

Tons of emails came in about this and I read a bunch of them on this episode.

Thank you everybody for your emails. I always appreciate

the insight and the tips and the links and the recipes and the humor and the

positivity and the support.

I appreciate all of it very much.
