Hey, if you're gonna struggle to pay your rent this month, here's exactly what you should do.

One, you should call your landlord early and be empathetic in telling what your situation is.

Secondly, you should have your proof of unemployment in hands so you have

credibility on the call. And third, you should ask for a reduction in your rent or

to way lay some of your rent to a later date.

Hi Barbara, my name's Joanna Alberti. I own a illustration company where I design

stationary and invitations and a line of gift products both on my website I have a small storefront and actually do a little bit of wholesale. I have so many folks going right now and my question is in regards to analysis, paralysis, and where to focus attention
