I am so excited that as of now as we're recording this or I'm recording this,

we're about to embark on one of the toughest training camp practices of the week

and honestly maybe even of training camp.

We got told that this is going to be a three hour and 30 minute practice

with full pad, some live tackling drills.

It's going to be really, really, really hot out there.

So we'll have plenty, plenty of notes to get through as me and Elliot Shore Parks

will be live a training camp once again.

But this is, I'm excited because this is something I've wanted to do for a very long time

and because there are two of us and Elliot can really kind of conquer the press conferences
