Hey everybody, it's Jr.

After all star race weekend, getting rarer stuff together for the 600, getting everything going.

Got a lot of work to do this week, over at HMS, and all around trying to get everything done.

It's pretty busy for the Charlotte race weekends.

It's kind of everybody's home track, so everyday feels up with something going on.

But anyhow, we'll talk about the off star race.

In practice, we were unloaded for practice, not very good actually.

We did have a sticker run that caught the attention of quite a few people.

I was pretty happy with the lap times, but didn't really like the way the car drove.

We have a new dual zone tire for this race.

Not really a new tire, but it's new to Charlotte.

But the dual zone tire is basically a tire with two different types of compound on the actual racing surface of the tire.

So the inside edge of the tire is a harder compound than the outside or really the majority of the tire.
