Josh Steed is the founder of Steed Properties Construction and Renovation, LTD. He has been in the home building, renovation, historic preservation and real estate development business for more than 35 years and has built, renovated and restored more than 300 homes and buildings all across Atlanta and North Georgia. Josh is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and is married to Robbin. They have three adult children and live in Sharpsburg, Georgia.

1:48.2 | Well, I grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. My father was the lawyer, a bond lawyer, at King and Spalding, |
1:55.2 | and also he was a writer. The writers say he was a lawyer, and the lawyers say he was a writer, which is always a funny thing. But he was a lawyer and the lawyers say he was writer which is always a funny thing but he was a humorous guy my mom is an artist and she did portraits and commissioned art um all while i was growing up so i was was always intrigued by their, I think, their independence. |
