It's with sadness that I have to announce. You probably already heard that George

Numeir, the Catholic journalist, died in the Ivory Coast. Today it was first

reported. I saw by a Lopanto Institute. It was going all over Twitter this

morning, but Michael Hitchborn has the details and he confirmed that George

became sick seven days ago and he did not go to the hospital and he was tested

positive for malaria and died today. George was a friend of mine. I went back

today and looked at how many videos. I think we have 10 videos together.

George and I and you'll remember him. He was hitting the pavement. He was doing

all this investigation on ex-Cartel McHarrick. He is one of the very few

journalists who was out there knocking on doors, showing up at

residences in Washington DC, finding out where McHarrick was. We did that great

video together. George and I were in Rome and he broke up and interrupted some

cardinals having dinner outside San Antique. Lots of good research and I

encouraged people over the years to support him. He was a truly an independent

journalist who was able to do things that a lot of journalists weren't able to

do. The timing for this, I'm just going to say it. I'm just going to say it. The

timing for this is bad. I just got texts, messages this week from James

Grine. You remember I interviewed James Grine and he shared with the world

here on this podcast how he was molested by McHarrick as a boy repeatedly

and even during confession. That detail is what led the Vatican to move for the

lay association and the removal of the cardinal from the Adorno-McHarrick. Big news.
