I'm actually really excited for this episode because we have not had a guest on in probably like several months now.

Yeah, it's been months. And we finally have a guest. So we're bringing on Cassidy Coglin from

Ova Egg Freezing Specialty Center based here in Chicago. So that is the clinic, the egg freezing

clinic that Deep D and I have used for our egg freezing journey. I haven't truly gone through my journey yet. I'm only in

step one. But Deep Dee, you finished. And after you shared your story, I feel like we got so,

so many questions and we're like, let's just bring Cassidy on so she can answer the questions.

I had so many women in my DMs and in my comments just asking me what the process is like, how much it cost,

does insurance cover it? That's why I'm super excited to have somebody from OVA come on because

I feel like a lot of questions will be answered. Yeah. And Cassidy is a program manager for them,

and she was the first person that Deep Dee and I spoke to before we started our egg freezing

journeys. And that was super helpful for us because to be honest, I knew I should go through

the egg freezing process, but I was like, I don't even really know what it is, minus like

the general thing about it, like you're freezing your eggs, but I was like, I don't know what

the timeline looks like. I don't know what the step by step process looks like. Just to let you guys know,

I haven't completed my egg freezing process. So I've only done baseline overviews. I haven't

really talked about this because I don't have enough information in terms of what's causing it,

but it might just be my body at this point.

But I haven't been able to move forward because I have a lower follicle count.
