You KNOW what you need to do in your business, I'm more curious WHY you are doing it? ;)
If you could ask yourself one question, if you could ask your team one question let it be, "WHAT ARE YOU AVOIDING OR RESISTING...and WHY?"
Then pause, literally shut up...let there be a long awkward silence if need be. But don't answer for them.
