Well, hey guys, welcome back to Forever Changed.

It has been a minute.

It's been a while since we've last been on the podcast together.

And if you're watching this on video, you can see that we are obviously in a new space,

which we're super excited about.

And I think that we're both just really expecting it for this next season and this next phase

of what the podcast is going to bring and all the conversations that we're going just really expecting it for this next season and this next phase of what the

we want to come out no holds barred and have a conversation that has been on mine and your heart

in this past season, especially as we've gone through a time of being on a break with social media

and going through some different things, I think, in our own minds and our own hearts that we

have just unearthed and uncovered that have been significant to us. And we just want to have a

conversation about it. Yeah. So clearly we had a whole podcast shift before we took this break. Like several

months ago, we decided to rebrand a forever changed with Nick and Chelsea. And beforehand,

it was encounter now. And we loved that season and we tried to get back into podcasting, but

in all sincerity, our situation was just not

ideal for recording as you guys know trying to do it in the middle of our house when we have a baby

and a dog that's loud and cars going by so it's just great to be in a new space and like nick said

with our break on social media,

I feel like it really benefited me. I don't know if Nick kind of went through the same journey

that I did because I think we both kind of took breaks in different ways. But for me, I realized how

much my creative capacity was just like shot because I was just going on
