My goal was to create a book that's written by pilots for pilots.

I mean, that was our goal.

When you read some of the other books throughout there, you find that they don't necessarily

engage the pilot because the people writing that may not be pilots themselves.

So both Doug and I are trained meteorologists, and we also both fly for a living.

So there are a lot of useful stories that are woven throughout the book, not just a bunch of weather theory.
