Well, the public got winded that, and suddenly in the first four months of 2022 here, we've had a new

gold rush. It's been a new dot-com boom, a new Bitcoin surge, a new NFT collectible grab,

or it's like a limited edition sneaker drop, and it seems like

it's impossible to attain that thing that you're trying to get at a decent price because

the competition's bananas and the prices keep getting driven up. Well, that's what's happening

with first-time homebuyers. And they're all running around acting like it's Black Friday,

shopping at Walmart,

breaking down the doors at 5 o'clock in the morning.

But is it finally starting to change in the favor of the buyers?
