And by the way, that's very similar to the law.

A lot of times the people have no idea what the law means and what do judges do.

They interpret the spirit of the law.

So you are interpreting the spirit of what I just said, which is true.

Brett, we have all tried to get you to be less verbose to maybe stop talking sometimes and it's impossible

even when I try to save you from yourself and stop you from telling people

how to kill people with axes, bury people alive, you continue to talk.

So you are unsilenceable and everyone knows exactly what I mean and this is very

on point today because we are talking about gag orders. What are they? Are they

allowed? Are they constitutional? Why are they used? When can they be used? We will touch on all of those things and maybe answer some of them.

And I think all of you have heard of Gag Orders at this point and I feel like until the last couple

of years they were pretty rare but now I feel like we see them all the time.
