Hi a plant friends welcome to episode 92 of

moo dango radio 92 of Blue Lango Radio Plant Friends.

I hope you're having wonderfully plant weeks.

In New York, it's the first week

where there's been nice nice weather and that's been

super helpful in the midst of all of the social distancing so I hope that your

spirits are high and that your plants are helping bring you some joy. I am just counting down the minutes till

Mother's Day which is the end of this week because in New York that's kind of like

the safe time to plant up your stuff and I'm ready for this balcony garden I've

been spending a few moments perched on my balcony

every morning, just enjoying watching my little sprouts growing

and being away from my phone.

And I'm really excited to just get that balcony

gardens started and growing and I know last month there was a lot of gardening

content but it's truly just because I want to make sure you're set up for success

if you want to try gardening and growing your own food this summer because tis the season.

I also just want to humble brag plant friends. I aced my soil science 101 final this week.

As you know, I've been taking a bunch of online courses,

several with the New York Botanical Garden,

but soil science was like an eight week course. I learned all sorts of

science the amazing stuff and it was so fun. It also really kept me regimented.
