and of course, you are probably handling right now the biggest case in the 90-day fiancé

universe and the TLC sphere.

I'm here with Eve from Eve and Muhammad of 90

Day Fiancee, her attorney, Kathleen Martinez. You have probably seen Kathleen if you are a huge

fan of the show all over. So Kathleen, thank you for being here number one. And number two,

I think we're all, before we kind of get into like what you can talk about as far as Eve in this Muhammad case, I think we're all kind of wondering, how is Eve doing?

Eve is doing well considering the team that she has behind her. She has a lot of people here who are in support.

She has a lot of fans, a lot of women specifically behind her,

as well as the immigrant community.

It really speaks to her heart about the integrity of immigrants

and being able to give you visa to people who deserve it.

So I think she's doing better than a lot of people think because she has a lot of support.

So, you know, people that are maybe not totally familiar with this, but, you know, it was kind of a bombshell revelation that happened right before the tellalls that Muhammad, who we'd seen on the show that Eve, they had gotten married, was WhatsApping another woman, right?

And then from there, it's kind of deteriorated to, you know, voicemails being put out.

And, you know, she has, I guess, can you clarify for us right now?

Was Eve ever arrested or she was just charged with these domestic

incidents? What is the clarity there? She wasn't formally arrested. So that's what, I mean, I can't,

I don't represent her criminally. She has her own criminal defense attorney, but that's what I know.

We're all as from what I understand is that she was not formally arrested. And so I think that's like a big argument in her defense. Got it. Okay. Yes. And you had said something about that, I think, in a video about Miranda rights, not being read correctly. But yeah, to separate, she is a criminal defense attorney. You're an immigration attorney handling the case with Muhammad.
