0:31.6	my friend. Excited to have you here. Kevin, great to be on. Man, it's about time. Yeah, for those that
0:35.9	don't know, let's let's us back it up a little bit. I'll give you the brief introduction there, but I know
0:40.3	there's a little bit more to your story. So how about you take a few minutes for those that
0:43.3	aren't familiar with you, don't know you, your background, where you came from, and tell us
0:46.5	a little more about yourself. Yeah, I'll be, I'll be really sure. Today I serve as the president of capital at Aspen funds. We're based here in Kansas City and we manage about
0:55.2	$600,700 million of assets. I have about 800 accredited investors that we serve in their
1:00.8	families. But I started my career actually in college ministry. I was a campus pastor
1:06.4	and loved what I did. I never thought I would really do anything different. My first investment was a duplex in San Diego, California, that we bought for $540,000, maybe.
1:18.6	We sold that deal three years later for over a million bucks, and I was hooked on real estate.
1:25.0	So that was kind of our journey in foray into real estate investing and then, you know, transitioned out of full-time ministry into entrepreneurship.
1:33.8	And over the years, we built a multifamily portfolio with a different company.
1:38.6	And we still manage and own about 800 of those units today.
1:42.3	And then, yeah, recently, like I said, I joined with Aspen.
