0:49.1	So my initial response right now is to rant and rave about a health insurance issue that I'm having,
0:55.8	but maybe we'll spare everyone on that. They spare me. I get infuriated. And talk about
1:02.3	just our recent experience with burnout kind of reaching its peak. Yes. And how we needed to have
1:10.6	a brief escape, which we took, which was relaxing, but not super relaxing.
1:19.9	Well, there were stressors.
1:22.7	And getting to the relaxation was a lot of fucking work because it was a long drive and then returning
1:29.8	from the relaxation just was more driving and bullshit.
1:35.8	Well, and I think, I don't know if this happens for everyone, but I certainly feel like this,
1:40.8	that when I return from a trip or whatever, I feel like I can't just get back
1:47.9	and then go, okay, let's get back to work, which is what we actually had planned. Like we, we drove
1:52.5	six hours yesterday and we were like, we'll do the show when we get back that day. And then you get
1:58.9	home and you're like, oh my God, I can't move.
2:01.9	I need to just, I need to lay down.
2:03.9	I need a nap.
2:04.7	I need to relax.
