Every morning, Geoffrey would wake up and stretch his little neck toward the sky. He would open his beak wide, waiting for his mama to bring him breakfast. She always brought the best treats, and dropped them right into his mouth.

Today, Geoffrey stretched his wings and fluffed his feathers. He opened his mouth, ready for his mama to give him something delicious. But instead of dropping a treat in his mouth, Gerry perched on the side of the nest, smiling.

1:13.3	Before we begin our story, let's relax by taking a nice, deep, dragon breath.
1:21.6	Breathe in through your nose, filling up your lungs, and then out through your mouth,
1:27.0	imagining you are breathing fire like a dragon.

1:32.7	Deep breath, in and out.
1:40.5	Good job.
1:55.0	Today, we're going to relax our entire bodies. First wiggle all your toes and then squeeze your toes together tight. Now relax them.
2:04.4	Then lift your leg up just a little.
2:10.4	And let it float back down.
2:14.3	Now lift your other leg just a little and let it float back down.
2:22.3	Let's take another deep dragon breath in and out.
2:32.3	Next, squeeze both your hands into tight fists, and then release them.
2:46.2	As you relax your hands, reach your arms around your chest, and give yourself a big hug.
