Generally, I'm quite happy, so I tend to try and look for the positives in any situation.

And there's usually something, even if it's a pretty bad situation,

there's usually something that you can get out of it.

Aim for the moon, because even if you, you're still land among the stars.

And I think that was really key.

You can aim for lots of things you may not even achieve.

But by trying to stretch yourself to achieve those, you achieve much more than you thought you were capable of doing.

Worry about what you can control and don't worry about what you can't control

so all those things that I think people are getting depressed

about are things that they actually can't control

be nice to other people, treat other people

as you would want to be treated yourself
