Okay, I'm super excited today, ladies, because I'm actually sitting here doing a live training on with God she rises.

I've got the girls here in the live with me which is super great and I'm going to be taking them through with God She rises journal and also all of you listening on the show

get to kind of experience how to actually

tangibly use your journal and get the most out of it.

So like I mentioned to all of you before, I have been using this system for six years, but I was doing it in three different journals, right? I was doing my prayer journaling, gratitude journaling.

I had five-year journaling which put the memories every single year and it was just crazy.

Like three different journals is ridiculousness.

Plus, I wanted something that I could keep

and refer back to in the future.

And so as you guys have heard in many of my episodes

with God She Rises was born,

it was a Holy Spirit moment for me pushing me

to do this journal.

And it's also something that I needed. So I'm like if nobody cares about this

journal or buys it that's cool because I actually need animal use it. So that was

some of reason one of the main reasons that I did the journal was necessity for myself

But since launching the journal about 30 days ago give or take I think over 50 women have let me know they've gotten the journals and I'm

getting great feedback but sometimes I'm hearing I just need you to walk me

through this section or this section. So the goal today is to have all of you

Rock and and rolling in your journal and very clear on

How to use it.
