All right.

I want to give a huge shout out to all the people that keep plumbing working efficiently and perfectly in our homes,

and namely our friends over at modern plumbing industries.

Yeah, plumbing is something a lot of people take for granted.

You take it for granted. Yeah, we used to not have plumbing, and it was do-do in the streets. It was bad. It was real bad. But now, if you go to modernPI, modern p.com, if you do have any plumbing problems, or even if you just want to design something, maybe an outdoor shower or something like that, but here's something that they came in and talked to us about, I want to say a month or so ago. Tell me a little

bit about the way that they can actually reline pipes without having to destroy your home.

Yeah. So your cast iron pipes in Florida, older houses were built with cast iron pipes.

If they go bad, you know, modern plumbing can come out, run a robot through your cast iron pipes.

Check them out.

If they are bad, instead of having to break up your whole front yard and inside of your house,

they can reline them from like your toilet to the road.

Yeah, they're using technology.

Yeah.

And basically, they can reline the pipes without breaking up the inside of your

house and digging up your front yard.

And that relining process, they have all the equipment.

They've done it.

I mean, they're one of the few plumbers in Central Florida that does this.

The only I've heard of that do it.

But they do like normal stuff too.
