We've got Jack, camfield on the show today and he's going to encourage you to shift your attention.

Because what we tend to do is focus and pay attention to the things that we don't like about ourselves.

The things that we haven't gotten done, but one thing I encourage all my students to do is to shift that attention.

You have done all of the things that you love about you.

So what Jack's going to do is give you a few simple techniques that you can use to shift that attention.

So you recognize the positive parts of yourself.

And also he's going to give you a technique that you can use at work to fast track your pay raises and your promotions.

Another technique is what we call the victory log.

Victory log.

Ask you to keep a notebook like many of you are taking notes right now.

A little spiral, free ring, minor or a stand-up pad.

And every time you have a little victory in your life and it doesn't have to be a big one, you write it down.

Number one, number two, number three.

Just keep a log going.

We've got that job.

Got my kid to clean up his room.

Found a really great suit on sale.
