It has been a while since I have been on here.

It feels so good to be back.

So this is just a really special episode because it is our 9th, 100th episode.

And it's just crazy looking back over the past eight or nine years because I don't think

that I really had any sort of certainty back then that we would even make it to 900 episodes

on the podcast. But fast forward eight or nine years later and here we are at episode
