I don't want you to go about setting New Year's resolutions the typical way that most people

do, which is to say things they want to achieve or do or check off as if it's a bucket list item and

rarely ever actually check it off. The reality is is that the best way to accomplish goals in

the new year when we are creating a big change, which I do think is great. As cheesy as

New Year's resolutions may seem to a lot of people, every single year I treat it like a reset. I treat it like a supercharge, something that I can really look forward to and drive into. And I think it's a great time to do that. Our brains are wired that way when a new thing is happening, especially because it's not by choice. We don't get to choose if a new year is coming or not. But when a new thing happens, we have an

opportunity to create change. And whether somebody is the type that gets anxious around change or not,

change drives progress for most people. It also drives a form of excitement. Sometimes this is mistaken

has anxiety. But the reality is, is this is going to be something very helpful for you. So I'm

really excited about this. And I want to really help you outline what you need to do in order to accomplish the things you want to accomplish. So I'm going to go over a plan that we specifically use with clients. In fact, this is actually going to be served as another opportunity for you to jump in and do it with us as well.
