Summary

Last week, Mallory answered your questions all about her recovery journey and unlocking joy beyond it. This week on The Living Fully Podcast, Mallory wanted to reflect on the top 10 things she has learned in 10 years of sobriety. Recovery gave her a life she never would have unlocked had she not gone through what she went through and she wants this episode to serve as encouragement for anyone thinking their mountain is impossible to climb: it is not impossible and you will be made the person you are meant to be on the other side.

In this episode, Mallory discusses…

- Key phrases that have stuck with her since her time in treatment like, “play the tape,” and, “open the mail”

- The importance and truth of never living fine and, instead, always living fully

- The life she now has on the other side, living 10 years sober

- Having people in your corner through the highest highs and the lowest lows

Mallory is forever grateful for what she went through and is so proud to candidly and openly share her full journey with every single one of you listening. She hopes more than anything that her story offers hope to those in treatment, seeking treatment, or walking along a similar path. This powerful episode is sure to leave you inspired!
