0:28.1	We have Carlos and Heather Whitaker. Wow. What a treat this was. So I first came across Carlos unofficially
0:34.9	met him when I started going to church here in Nashville like 11 years ago.
0:38.8	This was our first conversation though. This guy's a big time and it was a real treat to sit down with him and his wife, Heather.

0:54.8	But Carlos has written three books. First was Inner Wild. Second was Kill the Spider and the Third was a moment maker.
1:02.2	And Carlos is all about being a hope dealer as he calls it. So we talk about a lot of things,
1:08.2	including his struggle with addictions on a number of different things.
1:13.2	And how he was kind of unsettled in life despite experiencing all of his hopes and dreams and realizing those.
1:20.5	We actually have a really interesting conversation about that we could relate to about how sometimes when you're seeking your dream and you're on your path to your dream,
1:30.0	you lose sight of the most important things and sometimes realized that that dream means sacrificing too much and you're going in the wrong direction.
1:38.4	Yeah. Are you referring to my NFL career?
1:41.2	Yeah. Or your career. Which all of it. I think we can all relate.
1:45.6	Yeah. Sometimes it is easy to get wrapped up and trying to gather accolades or awards or money, whatever it is.
1:53.6	And as Sean said, you kind of lose sight of, oh, what actually matters to me and what's important in my life.
1:58.7	So that's just a friend reminder, a bus Sean and I have experienced that.
2:03.3	Me and trying to just ruthlessly achieve my goal of playing in the NFL took me five years.
