Summary

Sometimes we treat the word no like it's a bad word we should never say. And, if we do say it, we often apologize or think someone's going to wash our mouths out with soap. But it's just not true. Sometimes no is the best word you can speak.

Today, you'll get a filter through which you can sift every opportunity you get. You'll learn how to provide a compassionate no or a confident yes! Get ready for the four C's that will set you free.
