0:19.7	Hitchin's little debate on whether or not God exists. Actually, very fascinating and it's too little to come from that. I think it's an hour and a half. Close enough. Your attention span is so short that you can't.
0:36.3	Well you know you can only accept so many things in short bursts otherwise your head splits.
0:41.4	So this is a debate that I found on YouTube. I'm a big fan of Christopher
0:45.5	Hitchins. I think God is not great. A lot of it was really, really good. He got
0:51.1	sections on the Mormon chapter wrong.
0:54.5	And there are a few other things that I think he got wrong.
0:56.8	What you have to understand is that Hitchins is not a scientist.
0:59.9	He isn't a scientist.
1:01.2	So he can't really discuss scientific things. I think he's out of his depth
1:07.0	when he does. But he is a master of literature and a really good journalist.
1:15.0	And so he brings in life experience and history into the equation
1:18.8	better I think than anyone else does.
1:20.6	Oh yeah, I mean you sit there and you just listen to Hitchin's talk and you can tell
1:24.7	that he's a very educated man that that he's been around the block a few times just by listening
1:29.7	to him just his first opening sentences. He's brilliant he's brilliant and he holds no bars. I mean he he will freely insult
1:39.4	Anybody and everybody the person that he's debating and the audience.
