1:13.6 | amazing, but it's also a major source of stress for so many people. And so we really haven't |
1:21.2 | adapted and learned how to coexist with technology in a healthy way, I don't think. And so for me, |

1:33.7 | because I don't believe that I should just be staring at my phone all day long. Like, |
1:38.2 | if I were to get to the end of my life, live to 100 years old, and 90% of it from this |

1:45.0 | a screen. And the moments that I'm awake, it would be a complete waste of life. And life is not |
1:51.5 | looking at a phone. Life is everything that's happening around you that's not a screen. |
1:56.0 | And so what I change, basically, is implementing really strict screen time limits, especially with social media. |
2:03.8 | So I noticed a couple years ago that I was like, I'm spending too much time on my phone. |
