0:25.5

subscribe button and follow along. Today, I'm going to be talking about nine different things

0:30.7

that have made my life better and also simplified my life as well. Some of these things are

0:35.5

going to be internal, things that I've worked on

0:38.0

in myself. Some of these things are just going to be different systems that I've set up around my life

0:42.4

to make my life better as well. And so they're not in order. They're just going to pop it you

0:48.4

sporadically. And so these are just some of the things that I've done and how they've made my life

0:51.5

1:21.4

adapted and learned how to coexist with technology in a healthy way, I don't think. And so for me,

1:28.0

that's something that I've been very diligent about is my relationship with technology,

1:33.8

because I don't believe that I should just be staring at my phone all day long. Like,

1:38.3

if I were to get to the end of my life, live to 100 years old, and 90% of it from this

1:43.9

moment forward is me staring at a

1:45.3

screen. And the moments that I'm awake, it would be a complete waste of life. And life is not

1:51.7

looking at a phone. Life is everything that's happening around you that's not a screen.
