Summary

In the last few years and, in particular, the last few months, mental health discussion has occurred more often in the sports world. It is clear that we are taking a more serious look at mental health and its affect on athletes at all levels. This podcast discusses that fact and reinforces the notion that mental health is as important as physical health.
