And my name is Nick.

And today, Chelsea and I want to have a open discussion, I guess you could say, about three things, but they're all really encapsuled into one thing.

And that is spiritual, mental and emotional boundaries, as you can already tell by the title of this episode.

And we just want to walk you through a little bit

of what it's looked like in our dating relationship all the way into engagement and soon to be

going into marriage, just about some things that we have put up in our lives and things that we've

done with one another that have just given each of us a bit of protection in these areas.

And we just thought that you guys could benefit from them as well.

So to kick it right off, I will let Chelsea take over and chat with you guys a little bit about the very first topic.

Which is spiritual.

And I think that those who are listening and aren't in the faith or who aren't Christians,

this might not apply to you or might sound a little silly to you.

But the ways that we have kind of set up boundaries within our relationship have varied from other couples.
