Welcome to the how of business with Henry and David. Hello, Henry. How are you doing today?

I'm doing great, Dave. Good, good. What's been new lately?

New, well, what's been happening in my life is lots of travel, which I've kind of done to myself scheduling trips back to back. I was on a European trip with my family for a couple of weeks. And then this past weekend, I was in New York City with a friend of mine,

went to a concert,

and spent some time up there.

And actually used Airbnb for our accommodations while I was there.

That's the first time I've done that.

So that was very interesting.

How did that go?

It went great.

I was hesitant.

My friend had used it before.

In fact, I believe he had used it before in New York City.

So I was hesitant because I'm very particular about where I stay and the air conditioner

has to be just right and all that stuff.

But it worked out great.

We had a fantastic apartment on the 32nd floor in Chelsea
