We've had some cars run into the bury wall, not paying attention, they were on their phone. Taxing, scrolling, yeah, that's bad. Most often they be on their phones or they're not paying attention, they can cause a crash. We could stand on the side of the road and watch every other vehicle looking down into their lap as they're passing us. You know what they're looking at. They're looking at their phone. Phones. On their phones, not paying attention.

Phones. I'm not a mathematician, but I say probably about 80% of the people who pass me

are on their telephones. No call, text, or video is worth putting yourself for a road worker

in danger. When driving through construction, Lyuna members ask you for your sake and hours. Slow down, stay off your phone, please. Be aware where we're at, where the cone zones are at. Stay off your phones and buckle up and drive safe. We're not asking for much. This is Brian Short, business manager for the Indiana Labor District Council. Everyone deserves a safe place to work. Okay, so the two stories that are on my heart this morning, mostly, before all the other regular stuff that we're going to talk about with Iran, etc., are the amazing story of Major James Capers Jr., a black Marine who was fighting in Vietnam, who shows no, no, I say quivering, but no

equivocation, no equivocation on his thoughts for this country.

There is no being ashamed of this country.

There is no Black Lives Matter garbage.

There is no black national anthem versus a white national anthem.

There's no kneeling, no desecration of

flag, no, no being ashamed of your country, no being ashamed of the American flag like we're

seeing on these polls that are coming out. And you see the picture of this man. Now, now this warrior,

this warrior who I think is in his either 88 or 90-something, this tired old warrior with his big belly because he's an old man, and that just happens when you're that old, cannot stand and walk on his own.

Because the man broke his freaking legs and took shrapnel like 17 things of

shrapnel and all of his legs and still went and freaking kept going and fighting and work

at his butt off and risking everything because he cares and he loves his men and he cares and he loves

his freaking country.

He didn't play a stupid, I'm a victim because I'm black, civil rights, DEI card.
