Ken Paxton beat the crap out of John Cornyn, the incumbent senator here in this state.

And it's all due to a Trump endorsement, at least that's what some people are saying.

A lot of things about this story and some of the other races.

Chip Roy also lost a prominent Texas politician who at one point sounded pretty anti-Trump himself

gone, no longer a part of the political machine, at least soon to be no longer part of it.

So Attorney General Ken Paxton defeating John Cornyn in the Texas primary with the help of President Trump's endorsement.

I trust the voters of Texas.

And they made the decision and I must respect it.

President Trump is the leader of our party and his endorsement in this most power is the most powerful force in politics.

Without a shadow of a doubt, I will be the Democrats number one target in November.

He will be. Yeah, that's true.

Texas will be the radical left's number one priority.

But if there's one thing I know about Texans,
