| 1:42.0 | to give us a chance to stay at 1.5 degrees and this |
| 1:45.4 | signal from the UK could well precipitate more countries around the world |
| 1:49.6 | stepping up and we're already beginning to see that with encouraging signals from the Germans and the |
| 1:54.0 | French about an EU step up. |
